You are not alone
Matthew 14:27
But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here!”
In the midst of your struggle, you are not alone. Just as Jesus was there when the disciples feared that the storm was going to sink their boat, Jesus is there for you as well.
He will be your strength
Isaiah 40:29
He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.
Our Heavenly Father wants to be your strength. He helps the helpless. Let go of trying to be secure in your power and let his power flow through you.
He is compassionate and merciful
Psalm 103:13-14
13 The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.14 For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust.
God is compassionate and merciful. He sees the struggle you are going through and understands your human frailty. Trust in that compassion and mercy and know that you can come to Him as a child sits in their father’s lap and receive comfort.
He is for you
Romans 8:31
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?
When it seems that everyone or everything around you is against you, remember that God is for you. He showed his extravagant love towards you through what Jesus did. Be encouraged; you have the God of the universe on your side.
