My Personal Experience With Grief
Walking through Grief
In an instant, everything that had been built in the last 23 years no longer existed. I was now a widow. I cannot describe the emptiness, the vulnerability I felt, and the deep despair of losing a loved one.
What we had been, the home and name we had established together were gone. After the initial shock, my heart was flooded with questions.
Who am I? What do I do now? How am I going to live? Can I make it on my own? Where will I get support and strength? How am I going to live in this world without him?
Every part of me questioned every aspect of my existence.
